Our chickens, and turkeys are raised without antibiotics. Housed in large, environmentally-controlled facilities with straw bedded barns with room to move, our flocks roam freely and eat only eat nutrient-rich grain rations with vitamins and mineral supplements.  

We grow our birds to a more mature size and age. While this approach takes more time, we think you can taste the difference. The result is more nutrient-dense poultry that's packed with flavour.
